《GB/T 14164-2013石油天然气输送管用热轧宽钢带》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC6(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢板钢带分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了石油、天然气输送管用热连轧宽钢带及其剪切钢板(以下简称钢带和钢板)的分类、牌号表示方法和代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及包装、标志和质量证明书。
本 标准适用于按ISO3183、GB/T9711和APISpec5L等标准生产的石油、天然气输送管用钢带,
及具有类似要求的其他流体输送焊管用钢带。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, designation expression and code, dimension, appearance, weight and permissible deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as packaging, marking and quality certificate of continuously hot rolled wide strips and their shear plates for line pipe of petroleum and natural gas (hereinafter referred to as “strips and plates”).
This standard is applicable to strips for line pipe of petroleum and natural gas produced according to ISO 3183, GB/T 9711 and API Spec 5L, as well as the strips for welded pipe of other fluid produced according to similar requirements.
