本标准规定石油、天然气输送管用热轧宽钢带的尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及包装、标志、质量证明书等。本标准适用于按ISO 3183、GB/T 9711和API Spec 5L等标准生产的石油、天然气输送焊管以及具有类似要求的其他流体输送焊管用的热轧宽钢带。
Scope
This standard specifies the size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks, and quality certificates of hot-rolled wide steel strips for oil and natural gas pipelines. This standard applies to hot-rolled wide steel strips for welded pipes for oil and gas transportation and other fluid transportation welded pipes with similar requirements produced in accordance with ISO 3183, GB/T 9711 and API Spec 5L.
