《GB/T 14165-2008金属和合金 大气腐蚀试验 现场试验的一般要求》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC11（全国钢标准化技术委员会金属和合金的腐蚀分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ ６４６４―１９９７《金属及其覆盖层 大气腐蚀试验 现场试验的一般要求》、ＧＢ／Ｔ１４１６５―１９９３《黑色金属 室外大气暴露试验方法》和ＧＢ／Ｔ１１１１２―１９８９《有色金属 大气腐蚀试验方法》。本标准规定了在大气条件下金属和金属覆盖层静态试验的一般要求，可在敞开或遮蔽条件下进行试验。大气暴露条件下的腐蚀试验目的：
―――获得在大气环境下金属、合金和其他无机金属覆盖层１）的耐蚀性数据；
―――评价大气环境下和给定的实验室条件下的试验结果的相关性；
―――评价特殊金属的腐蚀类型。
Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for static tests of metals and metal coatings under atmospheric conditions, and the tests can be carried out under open or shaded conditions. This standard is also intended for indoor testing.
