《GB/T 14271-2008毛绒净毛率试验方法 油压法》由TC513（全国纤维标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４２７１―１９９３《原毛净毛率试验方法　油压法》。本标准规定了采用油压法测定毛绒净毛率的试验方法。本标准适用于含脂毛、山羊原绒。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４２７１―１９９３相比主要变化如下：
―――由原标准适用范围绵羊毛扩大到毛绒（１９９３版的第１章；本版的第１章）。
―――术语增加了英文（１９９３版的第３章；本版的第３章）。
―――增加了山羊原绒的含水指数和公定回潮率的规定（１９９３版的１０．１；本版的第１０章）。
―――增加了极差检验内容（本版的附录Ｄ）。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the net wool rate of plush by the oil pressure method. This standard applies to greasy wool and goat cashmere.
