《GB/T 14593-2008山羊绒、绵羊毛及其混合纤维定量分析方法 扫描电镜法》由TC513(全国纤维标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T14593―1993《山羊绒、绵羊毛及其混合纤维定量分析方法》。本标准规定了使用扫描电子显微镜对山羊绒、绵羊毛及其混合与混纺产品等各类纤维含量进行定量分析的方法。
本标准适用于山羊绒、绵羊毛及其混合纤维与混纺产品。本标准也适用于下列各类纤维及其混纺产品:马海毛、驼绒、兔毛和牦牛绒等。 本标准与GB/T14593―1993相比主要变化如下:
―――增加了“2 规范性引用文件”;
―――修改了有关“鳞片密度、鳞片厚度”定义中相关的英文表达(1993 版的2.4、2.5;本版的3.2、3.3);
―――将原标准的“方法提要”修改为“原理”,并修改了文字叙述(1993版的第3章;本版的第4章);
―――修改了各种状态样品的准备方法,并将用以制取纤维检测样的纤维小段的长度修订为
0.4mm;并且添加了注意事项(1993 版的7.1~7.4 以及7.5;本版的8.1~8.4 以及8.3的注);
―――修改了需要测量细度的纤维根数,由原来的每根必测减少为每组分纤维测量120根(1993版的8.3;本版的9.3);
―――计算结果的表述修改为纤维含量的计算,增加了直径和均方差的计算公式(1993版的第9章;本版的第10章);
―――将固定格式的检测报告删除(1993版的第10章);
―――附录A 内增加了非典型性羊绒外观形态特征的描述及相应的扫描电镜图片(本版的图A.1~图A.8),同时增加了本标准适用范围内的其他特种动物纤维的扫描电镜图片(本版的图A.9~图A.14);
―――附录B内新增了驼绒、马海毛及牦牛绒的纤维密度数据并修改了山羊绒的密度数据(本版的表B.1)。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for quantitative analysis of fiber content in cashmere, wool and their blends by scanning electron microscope.
This standard is applicable to cashmere, wool and their blends, as well as the following various fibers and their blends: mohair, camel hair, rabbit hair and yakwool, etc.
