Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard systematically regulates the quality system of Cashgrass (the coat of a hybrid of Angora goats and Cashmere goats) for the first time, and establishes a technical framework for two types of products:
| Comparison dimensions | Washed cashgrass | Combed cashgrass |
|---|---|---|
| Core indicators | Average diameter, length, net wool rate, whiteness | Average diameter, length, coarseness content, impurity content |
| Quality Indication | SK+diameter (3 digits)+length (2 digits)+characteristic code | diameter (3 digits)+length (2 digits) |
| Key Limits | Net wool rate A≥80%, whiteness level 1≥86% | Roughness content A≤0.3%, impurity content A≤0.2% |
| Testing Method | GB/T 6500 moisture regain, GB/T 6977 oil content | GB 18267 impurity content, heterochromatic fiber count |
Technological Evolution and Innovation
Compared with the traditional cashmere standard GB 18267 has three major breakthroughs:
- Original coding system: Through the "SK21645-C2" type coding, the diameter is accurate to 0.1μm and the length is marked in whole millimeters
- Dynamic grading mechanism: The short hair rate threshold is set differently according to the length range of the combed hair (A grade ≤6% when >45mm)
- Compound common weight formula: Introducing the oil content correction factor, the common weight calculation formula is expanded to:
m=mn×(100+Rp)×(100+Jp)/(100+Re)(100+Je)
Key points for detection implementation
Case study on clean wool rate test
Measured data of a batch of clean wool: absolute dry weight 4.852g, oil content 1.2%, moisture regain 13.8%, calculated according to the formula:
A=(4.852×(100-1.2)×(100+14)×(100+1))/(5×106)×100=78.34%
Compared with Table 1, it is judged as Grade B (70~<80%).
Key instrument requirements
- Fiber diameter optical analyzer: The projection microscope method must still be used for arbitration inspection
- Oven: The moisture regain detection temperature is controlled at (105±2)℃
- Whiteness meter: Use D65 light source and 10° observation angle
Industry application suggestions
Purchasing link
It is recommended to give priority to products with complete model markings, such as "SK19852-B1" means:
- Average diameter 19.8μm
- Average length 52mm
- Net gross rate 70~80%
- Whiteness 78~86%
Production control
Key points to monitor during combing:
Coarse hair content: Control the coarse hair content by adjusting the combing machine spacing (recommended 8-12mm)
Heterochromatic fibers: If there are more than 30 fibers in every 5g sample, it will be downgraded to C gear
