Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for test specimens, test equipment and test procedures for artificial atmosphere corrosion tests. Metals and alloys suitable for permanent or temporary corrosion protection measures, also suitable for photopermanent or temporary corrosion protection measures for metals and alloys. The requirements specified in this standard can also be used in other national standards involving artificial atmosphere corrosion tests, accelerated corrosion test methods and new test chamber structures.
