《GB/T 14296-2008空气冷却器与空气加热器》由TC143（全国暖通空调及净化设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为住房和城乡建设部。
本标准代替GB/T 14296-1993《空气冷却器与空气加热器》。
本标准规定了空气冷却器与空气加热器的术语和定义、分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于以水、乙二醇溶液、蒸汽为介质，用于冷却或加热或强制流动的空气换热器。
本标准与GB/T 14296-1993相比主要变化如下：
――适用范围增加了乙二醇溶液；
――引用标准删除了GB/T 2828和GB/T 2829，合并GB/T 9119.6、GB/T 9119.7、GB/T 9119.8为新颁标准GB/T 9119；
――修订了相似空气换热器定义；
――试验方法中增加了实验参数范围，额定值增加了对乙二醇溶液、不同热水温度的要求；
――修订了检验规则。

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as labeling, packaging, transport and storage of air cooling and air heating coils (hereinafter referred to as air heat exchanger).

This standard is applicable to air heat exchangers that cools and heats the forcibly flowing air by using water, ethylene glycol solution and steam as the medium for cooling or heating.
