《GB/T 14455.5-2008香料 酸值或含酸量的测定》由TC257（全国香料香精化妆品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC257SC1（全国香料香精化妆品标准化技术委员会香料香精分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
GB/T 14455的本部分规定了测定单离及合成香料酸值或含酸量、精油酸值的方法。
本部分不适用于含有较多内酯的精油。

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 14455 specifies a method of determining the acid value or acid content of isolated and synthetic fragrance/flavor substances and the acid value of essential oils.

This method is not applicable to essential oils containing large amount of lactones.
