《GB/T 14463-2008粘胶短纤维》由TC586（全国化学纤维标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了粘胶短纤维的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和储存的要求。
本标准适用于以棉浆、木浆为原料生产的线密度范围在1.10dtex～6.70dtex的本色有光、半消光、消光常规纺织用粘胶短纤维品质的定等和验收。其它用途的粘胶短纤维可参照使用。
本标准代替GB/T 14463-1993《粘胶短纤维》，并以原标准为基础进行了如下修改：
a)适用范围中线密度由1.40dtex~5.60dtex扩展到1.10dtex~6.70dtex;
b)术语和定义部分增加了生产批、检验批和批样品等术语；
c)技术要求部分：
● 产品分等由原来的优等、一等、二等、三等改为优等、一等、合格品；
● 干、湿断裂强度及白度由原来的棉浆、木浆分别考核，改为统一考核；
● 断裂强度和残硫量项目指标均有一定幅度提高；
● 断裂伸长率、白度卷曲数指标改为按中心值控制，并限制波动范围；
● 卷曲数由原标准中以每厘米表示改为以每25mm表示。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of viscose staple fiber. This standard is applicable to the grading and acceptance of viscose staple fiber for normal textile use, which is produced from cotton pulp and wood pulp with a linear density ranging from 1.10dtex to 6.70dtex. Viscose staple fibers for other purposes can be used as reference.
