1. Background and Purpose of Standardization

This standard was drafted in accordance with the GB/T1.1—2009 rules and proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. The responsible unit is the Shanghai Institute of Textile Industry Technical Supervision. The drafting units of the standard include Changchun Gaoqi Polyimide Materials Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Aoshen New Materials Co., Ltd. and many other industry-leading companies.

2. Scope and Applicability of the Standard

This standard is applicable to natural polyimide filaments with a nominal linear density of 200 dtex to 3000 dtex. Products of other specifications or types can be used for reference.

3. Comparative Analysis of Standard Frameworks

This standard is in line with similar international standards in terms of technical requirements and test methods, but reflects Chinese characteristics in the setting of specific indicators:

• Linear density deviation rate: ±8.0% for superior products, ±10.0% for qualified products
• Breaking strength: Superior products ≥3.30cN/dtex, qualified products ≥2.85cN/dtex

4. Implementation Suggestions and Precautions

Inspection rules:

1. Type inspection: Type inspection must be carried out when the production design, process or raw materials change
2. Factory inspection: as a routine inspection item, to ensure stable product quality

Packaging and storage:

• Packaging should be moisture-proof and pollution-proof
• Storage environment should be ventilated and dry, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight
