《GB/T 14503-2008放射性同位素产品的分类和命名原则》由TC58(全国核能标准化技术委员会)归口,TC58SC4(全国核能标准化技术委员会放射性同位素分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T 14503-1993《放射性同位素产品的分类和命名原则》。本标准规定了放射性同位素产品的分类、命名的一般原则、命名的具体规定和方法。本标准适用于放射性同位素产品的分类和命名。本标准与GB/T 14503-1993相比,主要有以下变动:
――增加了前言和规范性引用文件,并对条目等作一些编辑性修改。
――增加了术语部分的英文;增加了“放射性核素”、“放射性同位素产品”和“放射性核素发生器”的术语和定义;将术语“放射性药品”修改为“放射性药物”,并修改其定义;修改了术语“放射性同位素”、“放射源”、“放射性无机化学制品”和“放射性标准物质”的定义;删除术语“模拟标准源”的术语及定义。
――增加4.1“概述”,将原标准第3章悬置挂修改后纳入;原标准3.1“放射性无机化学制品”增加子项分类“放射性单质”、“放射性氧化物”、“放射性无机酸”、“放射性无机碱”和“放射性无机盐”;原标准3.2“放射性有机标记化合物”的分类中,“b”至“e”条目添加“放射性”字样等;原标准3.4“放射免疫分析试剂盒”增加子项分类“放免分析类”、“免放分析类”和“放射分析类”;在原标准3.5“放射源”中对靶的注解内容中增加“源靶组合装置中用的靶”;“其他类”增加分类描述。
――增加5.1标题“放射性同位素产品名称的构成”,将原标准4.1内容纳入;增加5.2标题“基本名称的命名原则”,将原标准4.2.1、4.2.2、4.2.3、4.3、4.4内容修改后纳入;增加5.3标题“前后缀词的命名原则”,将原标准4.5内容纳入。
――原标准5.3.1的表述修改为“应符合《中国药品通用名称》命名原则”;修改原标准5.3.3放射性核素发生器命名的方法;修改原标准5.5.4中对锎中子源的说明。
――增加参考文献,列出《无机化学命名原则》、《有机化学命名原则》、《中国药品通用名称》资料。
