《GB/T 14579-2013电子设备用固定电容器 第17部分:分规范 金属化聚丙烯膜介质交流和脉冲固定电容器》由TC165（全国电子设备用阻容元件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本部分适用于金属化聚丙烯膜介质交流和脉冲固定电容器,该类电容器用于电子设备中。
注:具有金属箔和金属化复合电极的电容器也在本部分范围之内。
这类电容器具有取决于使用条件的“自愈特性”。本部分所包括的电容器主要预定用于交流电压和(或)脉冲条件下。最大无功功率为10000var和最大峰值电压为3000V。
本部分中不包括在50Hz时无功功率超过500var和最大峰值电压为2500V 的电容器,除非其最高无功功率在50Hz时低于500var。
本部分不包括大于20μF的电容器。
本部分包括两个性能等级的电容器:1级为长寿命用,2级为一般用途。
本部分不包括抑制电磁干扰用电容器,该类电容器包括在IEC60384-14《电子设备用固定电容器第14部分:分规范 抑制电磁干扰和电源网络连接用固定电容器》中。

Scope

This section applies to metallized polypropylene film dielectric AC and pulse fixed capacitors, such capacitors are used in electronic equipment. These capacitors have "self-healing properties" that depend on usage conditions. The capacitors included in this section are mainly intended for use under AC voltage and (or) pulse conditions. The maximum reactive power is 10 000 var and the maximum peak voltage is 3 000 V. Capacitors having a reactive power exceeding 500 var at 50 Hz and a maximum peak voltage of 2 500 V are not included in this standard, unless their maximum reactive power is less than 500 var at 50 Hz. This section does not cover capacitors larger than 20 μF. This section includes capacitors of two performance classes: Class 1 for long-life use and Class 2 for general use. This part does not include capacitors for suppressing electromagnetic interference, such capacitors are included in IEC 60384-14 "Fixed capacitors for electronic equipment - Part 14: Specific specifications for suppressing electromagnetic interference and fixed capacitors for power network connection".
