《GB/T 14609-2008粮油检验 谷物及其制品中铜、铁、锰、锌、钙、镁的测定 火焰原子吸收光谱法》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC1(全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准代替GB/T 14609-1993 《谷物中铜、铁、锰、锌、钙、镁的测定法 原子吸收法》。
本标准规定了用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定谷物及其制品中铜、铁、锰、锌、钙、镁的原理、试剂、仪器与设备、分析步骤、结果计算和重复性。
本标准适用于谷物及其制品中铜、铁、锰、锌、钙、镁等元素的测定。
本方法检出限:铜为0.6mg/kg,铁为2.4mg/kg,锰为0.5mg/kg,锌为0.4mg/kg,钙为1.5mg/kg,镁为0.7mg/kg。
本标准与GB/T 14609-1993 相比,主要技术差异如下:
―――修改了标准的中文名称,改为《粮油检验 谷物及其制品中铜、铁、锰、锌、钙、镁的测定 火焰
原子吸收光谱法》;
―――增加了方法检出限;
―――增加了湿式消解和微波消解两种样品前处理方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments and equipment, analysis steps, result calculation and repeatability of determination of copper, iron, manganese, zinc, calcium and magnesium in grain and its products by flame atomic attraction spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of copper, iron, manganese, zinc, calcium, magnesium and other elements in grains and their products. The detection limit of this method: copper is 0.6mg/kg, iron is 2.4mg/kg, manganese is 0.5mg/kg, zinc is 0.4mg/kg, calcium is 1.5mg/kg, magnesium is 0.7mg/kg.
