1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, types, sizes, load capacity, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of industrial castors and wheels.
This standard is applicable to non-power-driven castors and wheels for industrial vehicles, instruments and equipments.
This standard is not applicable to castors and wheels for furniture, travelling cases and other purpose.
