《GB/T 14914.3-2021海洋观测规范 第 3 部分:浮标潜标观测》由TC283(全国海洋标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为自然资源部(海洋)。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Observation type | Main items | Accuracy requirements | Typical equipment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ocean data buoy | Wind speed (±0.5m/s), wave (±10cm), temperature and salinity (Grade I~IV) | Real-time data reception rate ≥95% | Acoustic Doppler profiler |
| Ocean submerged buoy | Deep ocean current (±5cm/s), temperature and salinity profile | Recovery rate ≥85% | CTD sensor |
| Tsunami buoy | Water level change (±5mm) | 15s sampling interval | High-precision pressure sensor |
Key technical requirements
Observation accuracy classification
The standard divides measurement accuracy into 4 levels:
- Grade I: The highest accuracy, such as the allowable error of temperature and salinity measurement ±0.005
- Grade II: Conventional operational observation, such as current velocity ±5%
- Grade III: Auxiliary observation, such as noise measurement ±2dB
- Level IV: Trend observation, such as tsunami water level ±5mm
Implementation suggestions
Station deployment principles
According to Articles 4.1-4.5 of the standard:
- Avoid dangerous areas such as waterways and platforms
- Positioning radius ≤1km when water depth ≤200m
- Use GNSS positioning system (error ±2m~±50m)
- Clock synchronization error ≤30s/year
Data quality control
Refer to the 17 verification procedures in Appendix D:
- Peak detection: adjacent temperature difference threshold 6℃
- Gradient verification: salinity change rate ≤1.5PSU
- Density reversal: Δρ>0.03kg/m³ marks an abnormality
Standard evolution analysis
Compared with the old version of the standard, the 2021 version has the following major improvements:
- Added special technical requirements for tsunami buoys
- Refine the calculation of the drag area ratio (R>40) of drifting buoys
- Clarify the cleaning procedures for conductivity sensors (Appendix C)
- Introduce Beidou positioning compatibility requirements
