Method principle and technical points
Use spectrophotometer to determine titanium-diacpyridine methane yellow complex at a wavelength of 385nm. Key control points:
- Acidity control: 1.0-1.2mol/L hydrochloric acid medium (pH≈1)
- Color development time: 20min above 20℃, 40-60min below 20℃
- Interference elimination: Ascorbic acid reduces oxidizing ions such as Fe³⁺

Implementation suggestions
