《GB/T 1499.3-2002钢筋混凝土用钢筋焊接网》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC7（全国钢标准化技术委员会钢筋混凝土用钢分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了钢筋混凝土用钢筋焊接网的术语和定义、分类与标记、定货内容、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装标志及质量证明书。本标准适用于采用冷轧带肋钢筋或（和）热轧带肋钢筋以电阻焊接方式制造的钢筋焊接网，采用光面或其他类别钢筋焊接而成的钢筋焊接网可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, ordering content, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging marks and quality certificates of welded steel mesh for reinforced concrete. This standard applies to welded steel mesh manufactured by resistance welding of cold-rolled ribbed steel bars or (and) hot-rolled ribbed steel bars. Welded steel mesh made of smooth or other types of steel bars can be used as a reference.
