《GB/T 15069-2008罐头食品机械术语》由TC551（全国食品加工机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１５０６９―１９９４《罐头食品机械术语》。本标准规定了罐头食品机械常用术语，包括一般术语、空罐备料设备术语、制盖设备术语、罐身设备术语、封罐设备术语、原料处理设备术语、物料加工设备术语、装罐（充填）设备术语、杀菌设备术语、包装设备术语、其他设备术语、各类容器术语，以及常用相关术语。本标准适用于罐头食品机械。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５０６９―１９９４相比主要变化如下：
―――增加了复合罐头、软罐头机械，肉类加工机械以及罐头清洗、烘干、输送等机械的术语；
―――增加了制造罐头的材料及罐型的术语。

Scope

This standard specifies the commonly used terms for canned food machinery, including general terms, empty can preparation terms, can body equipment terms, can sealing equipment terms, raw material processing equipment terms, material processing equipment terms, canning (filling) equipment terms, and sterilization equipment terms , packaging equipment terms, other equipment terms, various container terms, and commonly used related terms. This standard applies to canned food machinery.
