《GB/T 15069-1994罐头食品机械术语》由TC101（全国轻工机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了罐头食品工业技术装备的常用术语、专用罐头食品机械术语、词汇及常用相关术语（附录A）。本标准适用于罐头食品工业技术装备的各级标准、教材及技术文件中专用技术装备的名称及定义。

Scope

This standard specifies common terms for canned food industry technical equipment, special canned food machinery terms, vocabulary and commonly used related terms (Appendix A). This standard is applicable to the names and definitions of special technical equipment in various levels of standards, teaching materials and technical documents of canned food industry technical equipment.
