《GB/T 15072.16-2008贵金属合金化学分析方法 金合金中铜和锰量的测定 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC5(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会贵金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了金合金中铜和锰量的测定。本部分适用于AuAgCuGd、AuAgCuMnGd、AuNiCu、AuGeNiCu合金中铜和锰量的测定。测定范围(质量分数):0.5%~6%。 本部分代替GB/T15072.16―1994《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金合金中铜、锰量的测定》。
本部分与GB/T15072.16―1994相比,主要有如下变动:
―――名称由《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金合金中铜、锰量的测定》变更为《贵金属合金化学分析方法金合金中铜和锰量的测定 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》;
―――采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法代替原标准使用的火焰原子吸收光谱法;
―――将方法的适用范围由原标准的AuAgCuMnGd33.5-3.0-2.5�玻埃�4、AuAgCuGd35-5-0.4、AuCu�玻危椋罚�5-1.5合金扩展到AuAgCuGd、AuAgCuMnGd、AuNiCu、AuGeNiCu系列合金;其中Au�玻牵澹危椋茫跷�新增系列;
―――铜的测定范围(质量分数)由1%~6%扩展到0.5%~6%,锰的测定范围(质量分数)由2%~4%扩展到0.5%~6%;
―――采用内标法提高了方法的精密度和准确度;
―――采用重复性和相对允许差替代原标准使用的允许差。


Scope

This Part specifies methods for the determination of the amount of copper and manganese in gold alloys. This section applies to the determination of the amount of copper and manganese in AuAgCuGd, AuAgCuMnGd, AuNiCu, AuGeNiCu alloys. Measuring range (mass fraction): 0.5% to 6%.
