《GB/T 15072.7-2008贵金属合金化学分析方法 金合金中铬和铁量的测定 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC5(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会贵金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了金合金中铬和铁量的测定。 本部分代替GB/T15072.7―1994和GB/T15072.19―1994《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金合金中铬量的测定》和GB/T15072.18―1994《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金合金中铁量的测定》。
本部分与GB/T15072.7―1994、GB/T15072.19―1994和GB/T15072.18―1994相比,主要有如下变动:
―――将原来的三个标准合并修订为一个标准,即由GB/T15072.7―1994 和GB/T15072.19―1994的《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金合金中铬量的测定》和GB/T15072.18―1994的《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金合金中铁量的测定》合并修订为《贵金属合金化学分析方法 金合金中铬和铁量的测定 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》;
―――采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法代替原标准使用的库仑法、硫酸亚铁滴定法和分光光度法;
―――将方法的适用范围由原标准的AuNiCr5-1、AuNiCr5-2、AuNiFeZr9-2-0.3、AuNiFeZr5-1.5-0.3合金扩展到AuNiCr、AuFeCr和AuNiFeZr系列合金,其中AuFeCr为新增系列;
―――铬测定范围(质量分数)由0.5%~3%扩展到0.5%~7%;铁由1%~3%扩展到0.5%~7%;
―――采用重复性和相对允许差替代原标准使用的允许差。
Scope
This standard specifies methods for the determination of the amount of chromium and iron in gold alloys. This section applies to the determination of chromium and iron in AuNiCr, AuFeCr and AuNiFeZr alloys. Measuring range (mass fraction): 0.5% to 7%.
