《GB/T 15076.9-2008钽铌化学分析方法 钽中铁、铬、镍、锰、钛、铝、铜、锡、铅和锆量的测定》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC3(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会稀有金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本部分规定了钽中铁、铬、镍、锰、钛、铝、铜、锡、铅和锆量的测定方法。本部分适用于钽及其氧化物中铁、铬、镍、锰、钛、铝、铜、锡、铅和锆量的测定。本部分代替GB/T15076.9―1994《钽铌化学分析方法 钽中铁、铬、镍、锰、钛、铝、铜和锆量的测定》。
本部分与GB/T15076.9―1994相比,主要有如下变动:
―――增加了铅、锡量的测定;
―――改变了测定范围:铁的测定范围由0.00050%~0.020%修改为0.00030%~0.040%;铬、镍的测定范围由0.00020% ~0.010% 修改为0.00030% ~0.040%;锰的测定范围由0.00010% ~0.010%修改为0.00010% ~0.040%;钛的测定范围由0.00020% ~0.010% 修改为0.00010% ~0.040%;锆的测定范围由0.00010% ~0.0030% 修改为0.00010% ~0.040%;铝的测定范围由0.00010%~0.0030%修改为0.00010%~0.020%;铜的测定范围由0.00005%~0.0010%修改为0.00010%~0.020%;

Scope
This part specifies the method for determination of iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, titanium, aluminum, copper, tin, lead and zirconium content in tantalum. This section applies to the determination of iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, titanium, aluminum, copper, tin, lead and zirconium in tantalum and its oxides. The measurement range is shown in Table 1.
