《GB/T 15111-1994点焊接头剪切拉伸疲劳试验方法》由TC55(全国焊接标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了点焊接头剪切拉伸疲劳试验方法。本标准适用于板厚为0.5~6mm的金属板材,在室温大气环境中进行的两块板重叠单点点焊接头标准疲劳试件的剪切拉伸疲劳试验,试验的载荷比为0~0.2。


Scope

This standard specifies the shear tensile fatigue test method for spot welded joints. This standard is applicable to the shear tensile fatigue test of the standard fatigue test specimen of the overlapping single-point spot welded joint of two plates in the atmospheric environment of room temperature for metal plates with a plate thickness of 0.5-6mm, and the load ratio of the test is 0-0.2.
