《GB/T 15140-2008航空货运集装单元技术要求》由519（中国航空工业集团公司）归口，主管部门为中国航空工业集团公司。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１５１４０―１９９４《航空货运集装单元技术要求》。本标准规定了装在审定合格的飞机内的合格审定的航空货运集装单元的最低要求和试验条件。 本标准适用于下列等级的飞机装载和限动系统的集装单元：
ａ）Ⅰ级―――集装单元限动符合所有的飞行和地面载荷条件，包括９�绲南蚯坝�急着陆状态；
ｂ）Ⅱ级―――其他所有集装单元限动。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５１４０―１９９４相比主要变化如下：
―――增加Ｒ 规格；
―――编辑性修改。
Scope
This standard specifies the minimum requirements and test conditions for certified air cargo units (including pallets, nets and containers) to be packed in certified aircraft. This standard applies to the following levels of aircraft stowage and restraint system UCU: a) Class I - the restraint of the URU conforms to all flight and ground load conditions, including the forward emergency landing state of 9g; b) II Level - all other container units are restricted.
