1. Sampling system construction

The standard requires the establishment of a three-level quality control system:

  1. Measurement point arrangement: The circular flue adopts the equal area integral ring method. When the diameter is greater than 4m, 10-20 measurement points need to be arranged
  2. Instrument selection: Pitot tube coefficient error ≤2%, temperature measurement accuracy ≥ Level 1
  3. Working condition control: The dust concentration needs to be stable in the range of 1-20g/m³ during the test

Dust removal efficiency measurement case: The test of a spray tower in a power plant shows that when the inlet concentration is 15.6g/m³:

  • Isokinetic sampling flow rate: 28.5L/min (d=8mm)
  • Filter cartridge weight gain: 4.2mg (quartz filter cartridge)

1. On-site operation specifications

Note when performing dust concentration measurement:

  • The sampling gun heating temperature needs to be controlled at 160±5℃
  • The constant weight of the filter cartridge requires the difference between two weighings to be ≤0.3mg
  • The SO2 absorption liquid needs to be kept in an ice bath at ≤25℃
