《GB/T 15254-2014硫化橡胶 与金属粘接 180°剥离试验》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC2（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了硫化橡胶与金属粘接180°剥离试验方法。
本标准适用于测定硫化橡胶与金属粘接180°剥离强度,测定其他柔性材料与刚性材料粘接180°剥离强度也可参照本标准。
本标准不适用于弯曲180°会产生裂纹或分层等柔性较小的材料。此类材料可进行90°剥离试验,试验方法可参照 GB/T7760。

Scope

This standard specifies the 180°peel test method for the bond between vulcanized rubber and metal. This standard is applicable to the determination of the 180° peel strength of vulcanized rubber and metal bonding, and the determination of the 180° peel strength of other flexible materials and rigid materials can also refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to less flexible materials such as cracks or delamination when bent at 180°. Such materials can be subjected to a 90°peel test, and the test method can refer to GB/T 7760.
