本标准规定了固定式自动电话机的技术要求、试验方法、可靠性试验及标志、包装等方面的要求。本标准适用于接入公众网模拟接口的脉冲和双音多频式手柄电话机，带有手柄功能的其他多功能终端也可参照使用，但对本标准未作规定的其他功能需按要求参照有关标准进行测试。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, reliability tests, signs and packaging of fixed automatic telephones.
