Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the breaking rating and performance of P gates and turn-off thyristors, the test methods for general electrothermal characteristics and ratings of turn-off thyristors, and the requirements to comply with the relevant standards. This standard applies to the testing of thyristors that can turn off the transistor.
