陶瓷切削材料由各种不同的氧化物、氮化物和碳化物及金属等组成。例如,这类陶瓷材料有:氧化物陶瓷(主要由氧化铝Al2O3 组成)、氧化物�蔡蓟�物陶瓷(主要由氧化铝和其他材料如碳化钛TiC 组成)、氮化物陶瓷(一般由氮化硅Si3N4 和其他材料如氧化钇Y2O3 及氧化铝组成)。
Scope
This part of GB/T 15306 specifies the dimensions of indexable inserts made of ceramic cutting materials with rounded tool tip, fixed hole, 0° normal relief angle, U-level precision. These inserts are primarily clamped on turning and boring tool holders from the top. This standard applies to U-class non-hole indexable inserts made of various ceramic cutting materials. Ceramic cutting materials are composed of various oxides, nitrides, carbides and metals. For example, such ceramic materials are: oxide ceramics (mainly composed of alumina Al2O3), oxide-carbide ceramics (mainly composed of alumina and other materials such as iron carbide TiC ), nitride ceramics (generally composed of silicon nitride Si3 where and other materials such as yttrium oxide 203 and alumina).
