《GB/T 15448-2013电子设备用固定电容器 第19部分:分规范 表面安装金属化聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯膜介质直流固定电容器》由TC165（全国电子设备用阻容元件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本部分适用于电子设备用表面安装金属化聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(简称聚酯)膜介质直流固定电容器。这类电容器有金属化连接片或焊片,并预期安装在混合电路的基片上或印制电路板上。这类电容器可能具有与使用条件有关的自愈性能,它们预计主要用于交流分量相对额定电压比较小的场合。
本部分不包括抑制电源电磁干扰用固定电容器,抑制电源电磁干扰用固定电容器包括在IEC60384-14标准中。

Scope

This section applies to surface mount metallized polyethylene terephthalate (referred to as polyester) film dielectric DC fixed capacitors for electronic equipment. These capacitors have metallized tabs or solder tabs and are intended to be mounted on a hybrid circuit substrate or on a printed circuit board. Such capacitors may have self-healing properties related to the conditions of use. They are expected to be mainly used in occasions where the AC component is relatively small relative to the rated voltage. This section does not include fixed capacitors for suppressing electromagnetic interference in power supplies, which are included in the IEC 60384-14 standard.
