《GB/T 15470-2002家用直接作用式房间电加热器性能测试方法》由TC46（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC46SC5（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会取暖熨烫器具分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了家用直接作用式房间电加热器的性能测试方法。本标准适用于直接作用式房间电加热器，它们可以是便携式、固定式、固定安装式或嵌装式各类加热器。本标准不适用于：――储热式房间加热器（IEC 60531）；――装在建筑物结构内的加热器；――中央取暖系统；――连接到风道的加热器；――装有柔软电热件的墙纸、毯子或帘子。本标准说明直接作用式房间电加热器的基本特性和规定测试这些特性的方法，以供用户参考。本标准未规定性能特性要求值。

Scope

This standard specifies the performance test methods for household direct-action electric room heaters (hereinafter referred to as "heaters"). This standard applies to direct-acting electric room heaters, which may be portable, stationary, fixed-mounted or recessed. This standard does not apply to: - thermal storage room heaters (IEC 60531); - heaters installed in the building structure; - central heating systems; - heaters connected to air ducts; Wallpaper, blankets or drapes with soft heating elements. This standard describes the basic characteristics of direct-acting electric room heaters and specifies the methods for testing these characteristics for the reference of users. This standard does not specify the required values of performance characteristics. Note: This standard does not involve: - safety requirements (IEC 60335-2-30); - noise of fan heaters (IEC 60704-2-2).
