《GB/T 15604-2008粉尘防爆术语》由TC288(全国安全生产标准化技术委员会)归口,TC288SC5(全国安全生产标准化技术委员会粉尘防爆分会)执行,主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准修订并代替GB/T 15604-1995《粉尘防爆术语》。
本标准规定了粉尘防爆的专业术语。
本标准适用于粉尘防爆标准的制定、技术文件的编制、专业手册及教材书刊编写和翻译。
本标准不适用于炸药粉尘和烟花爆竹。
本标准与GB/T 15604-1995相比主要变化如下:
――新增“可爆粉尘”、“冲击波”的定义,删除了“粉尘燃烧”、“粘结粉尘法”、“最高允许氧含量”、“连续喷雾法”的定义。
――基本概念一节中的“粉尘”、“粉尘爆炸”、“粉尘爆燃”、“粉尘着火”、“点燃源”、“火焰传播速度”、“粉尘层燃烧速度”、“爆炸压力”、“二次爆炸”等术语的定义进行了修改和完善。
――爆炸特征一节中的“粉尘爆炸特性参数”、“粉尘云最大爆炸压力”、“粉尘爆炸最低氧含量”术语的定义进行了修改和完善。
――粉尘爆炸预防一节中的“防爆”、“惰化”术语的定义进行了修改和完善。
――粉尘爆炸控制一节中的“抑爆”、“泄爆”、“泄压面积”、“释放压力”、“阻火器”、“阻爆器”、“阻爆阀门”、“抑爆器”等术语的定义进行了修改和完善,并进行了顺序的调整。
―――标准中其他名词定义中的一些语句问题进行了修改。
―――删除了引用标准一章。

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical terms for dust explosion prevention.
This standard is applicable to the formulation of standards, preparation of technical documents, compilation and translation of professional manuals, teaching materials, books and periodicals for dust explosion prevention.
This standard is not applicable to explosive dust and fireworks.
