《GB/T 15608-1995中国颜色体系》由TC120（全国颜色标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了颜色的分类和按颜色知觉三属性――色调、明度、彩度确定颜色标号。本标准是制作中国颜色体系标样的基础，作为颜色的保存、传递、交流和识别的依据。

Scope

This standard stipulates the classification of colors and the determination of color labels according to the three attributes of color perception - hue, lightness and chroma. This standard is the basis for making standard samples of the Chinese color system, and serves as the basis for the preservation, transmission, communication and identification of colors.
