《GB/T 15613-1995水轮机模型验收试验规程》由TC175(全国水轮机标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本规程规定了水轮机水力性能模型验收试验的内容、方法和原则。本规程适用于包括混流式、轴油式、斜流式及贯流式等反击式水轮机的模型水力性能试验,不涉及水轮机的结构、强度及其他方面的问题。
Scope
This regulation stipulates the content, method and principle of hydraulic performance model acceptance test of hydraulic turbine. This regulation is applicable to the model hydraulic performance test of impact turbines including mixed flow, axial flow, diagonal flow and tubular flow, and does not involve the structure, strength and other aspects of the turbine. Pelton turbine can be used as a reference. The acceptance test items stipulated in this regulation include: hydraulic turbine energy characteristics (including efficiency and output power characteristics), cavitation characteristics, runaway speed characteristics, water pressure pulsation characteristics acceptance test items. Test items other than those mentioned above, such as force characteristics, air supply test, etc., proposed by the user, can be decided by both parties through consultation.
