Scope

This standard specifies terms such as general terminology of shaft engineering, special drilling method, shaft excavation, drilling facilities, shaft equipment and passages, rock loading and shunting, shaft support, and shaft extension. This standard applies to all documents, standards, regulations, specifications, books, textbooks and manuals related to shaft engineering. All English names in this standard are for reference only and do not have the same binding force as Chinese terms.
