Introduction
Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution
GB/T 15663.2-2023, as the second part of the coal mine scientific and technological terminology series standards, is a comprehensive upgrade of the 2008 version of the standard. This revision is mainly based on:
- Elimination of terms related to backward technologies and processes (e.g. deletion of 12 items such as curtain drilling method)
- Addition of new technical terms for modern shaft and tunnel engineering (e.g. 102 items such as shaft boring machine and directional drilling)
- Optimization of the accuracy of term definitions (adjustment of 108 definitions such as blind shaft and composite shaft lining)
Comparison of core terminology systems
| Classification | Terminology volume of 2008 version | Terminology volume of 2023 version | Main changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic terms | 26 | 34 | Additional terms such as gentle slope inclined shaft and Safety Chamber, etc. |
| Special Well Drilling Method | 18 | 32 | Strengthening new technologies such as S-type Grouting Hole, freezing-injection-drilling parallel operation, etc. |
| Support Terminology | 28 | 28 | Detailed Differences between Wet Jetting and Tidal Jetting Processes |
Key Technology Breakthroughs
1. Directional Drilling Technology System
Newly Added L-type Grouting Hole (vertical to horizontal), Terms such as class=instrument>S-type grouting hole (three-dimensional steering) reflect the development of precise grouting technology in complex formations.
2. Freezing process upgrade
Improve the freezing wall parameter system and clarify:
- Average freezing wall temperature: -15℃~-25℃ design threshold
- Handover time: needs to be controlled within 7-15 days
- Multi-circle hole freezing: main freezing hole + auxiliary hole + anti-flaking hole coordinated arrangement
Implementation suggestions
- During the conversion period between the old and new terminology, attention should be paid to the differences in the expression of key parameters such as shaft excavation diameter (formerly "wild diameter")
- The selection of special construction methods should refer to the newly added quantitative indicators such as well deviation rate ≤0.5%
- The monitoring terminology system (such as well wall non-destructive testing) needs to be equipped with corresponding sensor standards
