GB/T 15689-2008 in English

《GB/T 15689-2008植物油料 油的酸度测定》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC2（全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准修改采用国际标准ISO 729：1988《油籽中油的酸度测定》（英文版）。
本标准与ISO 729：1988相比的主要技术差异如下：
――增加了结果允许差的要求。
本标准代替GB/T 15689-1995《油籽中油的酸度测定》。
本标准规定了油籽中油的酸度的测定方法，其结果以酸值或酸度表示。
本标准不适用于带绒棉籽、油棕榈和油橄榄果中油的酸度测定。
本标准与GB/T 15689-1995相比的主要变化如下：
―――增加了9.1.3 单独分析纯种子或杂质中的油；
―――修改了精密度要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the acidity of oil in oilseeds, and the results are expressed in acid value or acidity. The acidity depends on the oil obtained in the general product (pure seed and foreign matter); if desired, the oil obtained from pure seed or foreign matter can also be analyzed separately. This standard is not applicable to the determination of the acidity of oils in velvet cottonseed, oil palm and oleocanthal.
