《GB/T 15690-2008植物油料 含油量测定 连续波低分辨率核磁共振测定法(快速法)》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC2(全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准等同采用ISO 511:1992《植物油料 含油量测定 连续波低分辨率核磁共振测定法(快速法)》及该标准的第1号修改单。
本标准是对GB/T 15690-1995 《油籽含油量核磁共振测定法》的修订。
本标准规定了用连续波低分辨率核磁共振测定法测定油料含油量的快速方法。
一般情况下,本标准不适用于制取的油脂在20℃下不完全呈液态的油料(如:非洲酪脂果、棕榈、雾冰草脂、可可豆等)。
本标准与GB/T 15690-1995 的主要技术差异如下:
―――删除了附录A《小测定管的测定法》。
本标准自实施之日起代替GB/T 15690-1995 。


Scope

This standard specifies a rapid method for the determination of oil content in oil plants by continuous wave low-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance. In general, this standard does not apply to the oils produced from oils that are not completely liquid at 20°C (such as: African shea butter, palm, mistletoe, cocoa beans, etc.). The method was validated for the following oils: rapeseed, soybean, sunflower seed, peanut.
