《GB/T 15706.1-1995机械安全 基本概念与设计通则 第1部分:基本术语、方法学》由TC208(全国机械安全标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准给出了机械安全的基本术语与定义,规定了为实现机械安全的通用设计方法。本标准适用于各类机械产品的设计,也适用于具有类似危险的其他技术产品的设计。
1 Scope
This standard defines the basic terms and definitions and specifies the general design methods to achieve safety of machinery.
This standard is applicable to design of machinery and other technical products having similar hazards.
2 Normative References
The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. At time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All the standards will be revised, all parties coming to an agreement according to this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest editions of the following standards are applicable.

3 Basic Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1 Machinery (machine)
An assembly of linked parts or components, at least one of which moves, with the appropriate machine actuators, control and power circuits, etc., joined together for a specific application, in particular for the processing, treatment, moving or packaging of a material.
The term machinery also covers an assembly of machines which, in order to achieve one and the same end, are arranged and controlled so that they function as an integral whole.
Annex A provides the general schematic representation of a machine.
