《GB/T 15749-2008定量金相测定方法》由TC12(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会)归口,TC12SC4(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会船用材料应用工艺分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T 15749-1995《定量金相手工测定方法》。
本标准规定了用网格数点法、网格截线法、显微镜测微目镜测定法、线段刻度测定法及图像分析仪测定法测定物相体积百分数的方法。
本标准适用于各类合金显微组织中物相体积百分数的测定。
本标准与GB/T 15749-1995相比,主要变化如下:
―――修改了标准的名称;
―――增加了前言、试验报告、附录A“物相形态参考图”和附录B“测量参考图”;
―――增加了线段刻度测定法、图像分析仪测定法;
―――删除了基本原理及附录A“测量实例”;
―――对术语进行了增减。


Scope

This standard specifies the methods for determining the volume percentage of phases by grid counting method, grid intercept method, microscope micrometer eyepiece measurement method, line segment scale measurement method and image analyzer measurement method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the volume percentage of phases in the microstructure of various alloys.
