《GB/T 15789-2005土工布及其有关产品无负荷时垂直渗透特性的测定》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC209SC7（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会产业用纺织品分会）执行，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了测定单层土工布及其相关产品的垂直向渗透性能的两个试验方法:恒水头法和降水头法。本标准适用于任何类型的土工布，但不适用于含有膜类材料的复合土工布。

Scope

This standard specifies two test methods for determining the vertical permeability of single-layer geotextiles and related products: constant water head method and falling head method. This standard applies to any type of geotextiles, but not to composite geotextiles containing membrane materials.
