《GB/T 15800-1995棉铃虫测报调查规范》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了棉铃虫越冬基数、棉田外幼虫量、棉田虫量、天敌调查、大田普查、棉花生育状况调查以及历年测报资料统计汇总的方法。
本标准适用于我国各棉产区承担系统测报任务的区域病虫测报站使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the overwintering base number of cotton bollworms, the number of larvae outside the cotton field, the number of cotton field insects, natural enemy surveys, field surveys, cotton growth status surveys, and methods for statistical summary of forecasting data over the years. This standard is applicable to the use of regional disease and pest monitoring and reporting stations in cotton producing areas in my country that undertake systematic monitoring and reporting tasks.
