《GB/T 15805.1-2008鱼类检疫方法第1部分：传染性胰脏坏死病毒（IPNV）》由TC156（全国水产标准化技术委员会）归口，TC156SC11（全国水产标准化技术委员会水产养殖病害防治分会）执行，主管部门为农业农村部。
GB/T 15805《鱼类检疫方法》分为7个部分，本部分为GB/T 15805的第1部分。
本部分代替GB/T 15805.1-1995《淡水鱼类检疫方法第一部分》中的第3章。GB/T 15805的本部分规定了用中和试验和酶联免疫吸附试验检测传染性胰脏坏死病毒（IPNV）的方法。
本部分适用于IPNV的分离与抗原的鉴定，IPN的流行病学调查、诊断、监测以及口岸出入境、国内跨区域移动的检疫。本部分与GB/T 15805.1-1995的第3章相比主要变化如下：
――增加了用ELISA方法鉴定IPNV；
――结构格式按GB/T 1.1-2000的确定，作为部分编写。

Scope

This part of GB/T 15805 specifies the method for detecting infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV) by neutralization test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. This part applies to the isolation of IPNV and the identification of antigens, the epidemiological investigation, diagnosis and monitoring of IPN, as well as the quarantine of entry and exit at ports and domestic cross-regional movement.
