Scope

This part of GB/T 28630 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result judgment required for the detection method of white spot syndrome nucleic acid probe dot hybridization. This part is applicable to the screening of live, chilled or frozen products of adult shrimp, juvenile shrimp, larvae, larvae and fertilized eggs of prawns and other crustaceans infected by white spot syndrome virus, and the detection of clinical symptoms. Confirmed, not suitable for estimation of virus infection activity.
