《GB/T 15806-1995青鱼、草鱼、链、鳙鱼卵受精率计算方法》由TC156（全国水产标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了以活体观察判断青鱼、草鱼、鲢、鳙的受精卵与未受精卵的主要发育形态特征，以及受精率的取样时间、取样数量与计算方法。本标准适用于青鱼、草鱼、鲢、鳙人工繁殖中鱼卵受精率的统计。其他产漂流性卵的鱼类人工繁殖时卵子受精率的计算亦可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the main methods for judging fertilized eggs and unfertilized eggs of black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus Richardson), grass carp (Ctenopharyn-godon idellus Cuvier et Valenciennes), silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix Cuvier et Valenciennes) and bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis Richardson) by live observation. Developmental morphological characteristics, as well as the sampling time, sampling quantity and calculation method of fertilization rate. This standard is applicable to statistics on the fertilization rate of fish eggs in artificial breeding of herring, grass carp, silver carp and bighead carp. The calculation of egg fertilization rate of other fish that produce floating eggs can also be used as a reference.
