Scope

This standard specifies the technical indicators and functions of 4×139264kbit/s optical transceivers used in the optical cable digital line system in my country's public telecommunication network (including technical indicators of optical and electrical interfaces, functions required for maintenance and use, environmental conditions, etc.). It is the technical basis for designing and producing 4×139264kbit/s optical transceivers. This standard applies to 4×139264kbit/s optical transceivers used in long-distance optical cable digital line systems and inter-city relay optical cable communication systems.
