本标准规定了超屏蔽电缆的要求，共分为两篇。
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for super-shielded cables and is divided into two parts. This chapter (Part 1) specifies the general requirements and test methods for super-shielded cables. The second part (IEC96-4-2) will be composed of related product specifications, and stipulates the electrical and mechanical requirements and engineering data of various types of products.
