《GB/T 15946-2008可编程仪器标准数字接口的高性能协议 概述》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准定义了一种通过外部手段把一个独立的装置与其他装置互联起来的在有限距离内使用的通用接口系统；该系统中的装置应满足的，不随设备而异的机械化、电气化及功能上的接口；与该系统相关的一些名词术语和定义等。

Scope

This standard applies to interface systems that interconnect programmable and non-programmable electronic measuring devices with other necessary devices and accessories to form instrumentation systems. This standard applies to the interface of the following instrument systems (or some parts thereof): a) The data exchanged between the interconnected devices is digital (different from analog); b) The same continuous bus can be used The number of connected devices does not exceed 15; c) The total length of the transmission path of the interconnection cable does not exceed 20m; d) The data transmission rate in the device does not exceed 8000 000B/s.
