《GB/T 15962-2008油墨术语》由TC127（全国油墨标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T 15962-1995 《油墨术语》。
本标准规定了油墨术语及其定义。
本标准适用于油墨的生产、应用、科研、教学、出版及编制标准，也可供国内外技术交往中使用。
本标准与GB/T 15962-1995 相比主要变化如下：
―――分类修改为油墨种类、油墨的组分和油墨的性能三部分内容。
―――增加了新的油墨品种的术语，删除了已很少采用的油墨品种的术语。
―――取消了油墨应用故障。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of ink. This standard is applicable to the production, application, scientific research, teaching, publication and preparation of ink, and can also be used in domestic and foreign technical exchanges.
